This involves curating and updating course content to integrate new technologies and address the practical demands of process digitalization.I work closely with internal and external experts, coordinating a diverse group of lecturers and industry professionals to provide students with cutting-edge knowledge and practical insights.Additionally, I serve as the primary point of contact for students, guiding them through the program and advising them on projects and study paths to maximize their learning experience.

As a Senior Lecturer, my primary focus in teaching, continuing education, and publications lies in process management, with a particular emphasis on process digitalization. I am responsible for the elective module "RPA and Virtual Assistants," where I organize an annual mini-conference that brings together industry experts and students to explore the latest trends and applications. Additionally, I co-lead the "Business Process Integration" module, which centers on process digitalization, utilizing technologies such as RPA, WFMS, iPaaS, and DMS, with a strong emphasis on low-code automation. I am also co-responsible for the "Process Modeling" module, where we focus on general process management and the application of BPMN.As part of the CAS Process Digitalization program, I also teach numerous course days on BPMN modeling and hyperautomation. In this role, I supervise student projects based on real-world processes from various industries and functional areas, providing me with broad insights into how process digitalization is applied across different sectors.And I guide numerous group projects and supervise bachelor theses in collaboration with ZHAW departments and external partner companies. These projects span the exploration of new technologies and their practical applications, including implementing low-code technologies in real-world client projects.
