I am graduated mechanical engineer with more than + 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Industry and power sector. I an experienced team leader with many years of experience with different leadership roles in both small and large teams. I have managed, evaluated performance and developed Team. I am experienced in resource planning and done recruitment trough employment or hiring resources. With change management I been proactively working on implementing WBS/PBS to support implementing new engineering platform, CAD tool and new ERP system.In my professional expertise I am experienced in mechanical engineering, project engineering and mechanical & structural design. I have done support for project, R&D and tenders. Some of the task I have executed is 3d-modeling, drawing production, estimation of hours and mechanical documentation for suppliers’ purchase packages and technical support during negotiation towards sub-suppliers. Quality engineering incl. Cost of Poor-Quality estimate and tracking of engineering changes.Participated in small and large EP & EPC projects, where I have had many different roles such as PM, project engineering manager, structural discipline lead and Lead designer/designer. Activity planning and progress reporting both within disciplines and overall project, follow up on cash and margin. Evaluate risk and opportunity.I have several times been working as expat both domestic and abroad.
