Joined Kopter, an innovative helicopter startup/OEM, with the vision to develop a distinctive lightweight single-engine helicopter. The company was later acquired by Leonardo, a leading helicopter OEM.Initially appointed as the Head of Engineering Services, leading teams in Configuration Management, Maintenance and Safety, and Material Science.Entrusted with the pivotal task of instituting robust product development and PLM processes. These initiatives not only enhanced operational efficiency but also positioned me at the forefront in securing the aerospace OEM certification from EASA. This involved presenting our refined processes during rigorous audits with the team of EASA. Subsequent to an internal restructuring, I was promoted to the VP / Head of PLM. In this capacity, I took on the mantle of the main project lead and architect, driving the digital transformation of the company's PLM IT infrastructure. Transitioned from a highly customized SAP ERP / PLM to an industry-standard architecture, integrating Siemens Teamcenter for PLM and retaining SAP as the primary ERP. This project was executed successfully, ushering the company into a new digital era in record time.While I deeply valued my time at Kopter and was passionate about the work, I chose to depart due to differences in vision regarding company culture and values. This transition period coincided with the conceptualization of Generativ, presenting a timely opportunity for me to channel my energies into a new venture that aligned with my beliefs.

Following the acquisition of ALSTOM Power by General Electric (GE), I retained my responsibilities and played a crucial role in navigating the company through this transformative phase. One of my primary objectives was to ensure the stability and security of my team's positions during the integration process, safeguarding their roles and fostering a seamless transition.

Progressed to the role of General Manager, initially overseeing a dedicated team of 5 design engineers. Under my leadership, the team expanded to 15, reflecting our consistent performance and growth. Recognizing my contributions, I was subsequently appointed as the Department Lead, managing a robust team of nearly 40 engineers. In this capacity, I was entrusted with the responsibility for all rotor and structural components of ALSTOM's actively serviced fleet.Throughout my tenure, I honed my skills in people management, emphasizing the importance of core values.
