Development of CO2 reduction strategies as well as mapping waste streams to maximise value from segregated wastes. Global environmental reporting.• Responsibility for Information Security  Development of Organisational Information Security Management System• Preparation of an environmental risk assessment including the development of sustainability indicators as well as strategic management recommendations leading to the restructure of AAPL’s Social & Environmental Report for the financial periods 2006 - 2011. • Deployment of company-wide 5S and Kaizen programs including training, corporate KPI development and reporting via scorecards.

• Overall responsibility for the Holden Sales and Program Management Team with direct responsibility for the account’s sales and contribution margin performance, Holden account strategy, on-time/on-budget program deliveries, 100% product delivery in full on time as per customer schedules (DIFOT), new business development and overall customer satisfaction.• Setting of Team KPI’s leading into Performance Development Plans for all team members, combining organisational targets with employee satisfaction and motivation.• Product launch responsibility for AAPL’s automotive electronics as well as electrical distribution products such as electrical centres and wire harness (manufactured locally and overseas) for the Holden VE Commodore Program and derivatives covering a total business volume of USD 320m. • The program and all related projects were launched in time and on budget with no major disruptions such as line stoppages or quality concerns. This was realised through the development and implementation of a new co-operative design change management process.

• Responsibility for the wiring harness design team covering the ongoing production development for the Ford Mondeo and the Ford Cougar as well as for the Ford Contour and the Mercury Mystique in the USA.• Formation of a highly motivated and coherent design team leading to outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Solely responsible for the wiring harness design and flawless launch of the Ford Cougar in Ford’s US assembly facility in Flat Rock, Michigan.• Flawless launch on time without design or quality concerns.
