Redeveloped the Mapping For Rights platform using a completely new architecture based on a Vuejs frontend and a Django 2.11 backend. The backend exposes an api endpoint which delivers Mapbox Vector Tiles from PostGIS to the Vue js client.

Developed the Yemen Integrated Data Platform for the Geospatial Operations Support Team at the Bank. This is a Vue js SPA custom frontend which interacts with a custom GeoNode / Geoserver backend. Deployed to Azure using Docker.

Developed the Community Forest Application Database to record applications for Community Forest concessions in DRC. The application was built using the Django framework and used PostGIS for spatial data storage. The application was developed and deployed using Docker and Ansible and used Circle CI for CI/CD.

Worked with the World Bank Climate Change Group on the development of the Resilience Indicator Tool. This tool was developed using jQuery and D3 for mapping and visualization.

My work with Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team entailed the complete redevelopment of one of HOT's core applications, the HOT Export Tool. I developed a completely new architecture for the application and developed a entirely new implementation using Django 1.8, Django Rest Framework 3.2.4, Celery 3.1 and Postgresql 9.3 / PostGIS 2.0. The HOT Export Tool.

Currently teaching a Certificate level course in GIS at Limerick Institute of Technology. The course focusses primarily on the use of Open Source GIS. Students are currently involved in the OpenStreetMap Ireland project to map all of the country's 60000+ townlands.
