About Blaine J.

As a third generation entrepreneur I was quite literally raised in my family’s business. I shadowed everything from daily operations, trade shows, to maintaining assets and properties. I absorbed what it takes to start and run a successful business from day one.At JPMorgan, my non-residual income based position, I wear many hats. I am the IT/Operations Liaison, Technical Business Analyst, Vendor Liaison, Technical System Analyst and the traditional reporting Business Analyst. On a daily basis I work with upper management to provide adhoc data as well as produce statically scheduled business and regulatory reports. I also work hand in hand with IT in an effort to reduce head count and automate outdated manual processes. I take the current and future business needs then translate that into viable code with IT. To date we have been able to effectively reduce head count by 50%. In a nut shell I’m a fixer, in the words of Vanilla Ice “If there’s a problem, yo I’ll solve it”. I enjoy the process of finding solutions to an issue. I also enjoy dissecting current processes, in an effort to increase productivity and reduce risk.
