Tasked with coordinating Coca-Cola Freestyle dispenser placement activities for customers converting on a large scale (20+ outlets) to the Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain system. I was an integral part of the two largest Coca-Cola Freestyle conversions to date (both 2,000+ outlet conversion projects). Supporting our sales and operations team for these customers, I managed the execution of requested conversions based on customer requested timeline. From initial scheduling through the completion of each conversion, I managed rush timeline changes and exceptions to provide the customer with a seamless transition to Coca-Cola Freestyle.General duties: -Create equipment orders for Coca-Cola Freestyle dispenser placement at customer outlets-Schedule and coordinate installation activities with customers, third-party contractors, and local Coca-Cola install teams-Track and confirm product deliveries for each installation to ensure all parties are ready for new Coca-Cola equipment-Follow-up with customer and third-party vendors to confirm installation completed and customer satisfied-Assist with new associate training and feedback-Research and resolve issues, including but not limited to: failed or refused product deliveries, damaged equipment in transit, schedule conflicts, reschedules, rush installation requests, and internal reporting.
