My overall focus was to extract synergies across the Nordics and give the business units a foundation for growth, unlimited flexibility and decreased time to market. With a cloud only strategy, we utilized all the advantages of traditional IT being commoditized by the big players, and where able to focus on the parts that make real customer or business value. I was driver and champion for implementing leanstartup as method to challenge status quo.

Responsible for the daily operation (P&L) of the company. During my period as COO two major strategy project was conducted. The first to establish new operating model, and the second looking at future need for knowledge, organization, products and management.

Responsible for Hafslund Tellier’s customers and our IT department. Half of my day was spent to secure daily operation of business critical systems for the Hafslund Group, and supervise cross company projects. The second half was spent to commercialize our delivery of products and services.

My focus in this position was to optimize both processes and organization for a new everyday. Lots of old systems and knowledge had to give way for new solutions and competence. A good portion of stabilizing new systems while retiring all the old stuff, mixed with a switch in process and competence made this role quite challenging.

Hafslund's service company had acquired a new solution for billing and customer handling. During the last phase of the project I was asked to establish the needed operation and maintenance organization. Important task was a clear handover from the project to our organization, and get processes for vendor handling up and running.

Representing the business side of project SESAM, who aimed to take care of Hafslund group's needs for storage, search and retrieval of business-critical information. Bleeding edge technology delivered by Bouvet, that of today has created an own business unit to proceed with this. During my time at the ICT department at Hafslund ASA I was project manager for upgrading 1.300 clients to Windows 7 and Office 2010.

Hands on IT supervisor, responsible for everything related to IT and communication. NHF has a strong focus on using technology to develop the business processes and drive the organization towards good customer experience. Main task as to ensure a stable operation, smooth user environment and maintenance of the application portfolio.

Assistance for companies with few or no employees with IT skills. The assignments have been from client setup, consolidation, servers, storage, networking, support, documentation, etc. to advice regarding acquisition, upgrading or retirement of critical business applications.

Worked as a developer of ERP solution for the SME market. Development of the solution for existing customers, as well as custom development in sales processes with new customers. In addition to be a developer I was responsible for the accounting and salaries handling, in Cosima and parent / sister companies.

Responsible for all kind of IT related tasks. Operation and maintenance of network, servers, clients, printers etc. During my period we migrated from clients to terminal server setup for the users.

Worked at a support center for employees receiving "Home PC" from their employer. Pretty repetitive tasks, but quite challenging in matter of communication. How to help people with no PC skills at all to fix their own PC?

Karusell Barneboutique was a company owned by my family, and the tasks and responsibility were due to the need. Everything from logistics, marketing, IT, daily operation of one of the stores (sales, employees, goods handling) or accounting.
