Multilingual, result driven and with customers, relations and solutions in focus.My expertise is within the industry segment of marine, metals, pulp and paper and converting but also with a long experience from the gas turbine industry.My specialty is within sales where I have a drive and passion for the entire process from operational excellence to the f2f meeting with the customers. I am result driven and I also find it very motivating to make other people grow in their roles. Since 2010 I have been responsible for the sales parts of the operations planning, a process I am constantly improving and where I am now also an official champion.I am also devoted to operational excellence. I believe that changes are not always of good but changes that leads to improvements are a necessity for a company that wants to grow.As a person I am responsible, devoted and reliable but also very positive and social. I am encouraged and motivated by challenges. I speak a number of languages which helps me in my role as area market manager.On my spare time I am very much engaged and active in my daughter’s tennis, acting as their trainer, coach and supportive father. As my profession this is of course also one of my big passions, engaging in my daughters and my family.
