This can be obtained by combining traditional products with technology, services, improved processes, and a clear understanding of problems.Mining such values are done by people.Shaping solutions for reaching goals and winning requires knowledge, stamina, positive attitude, determination, and recognition of the foundations witch people thrive. I am working with the real-estate industry and the changing market. Megatrends are driving buyers towards solutions the industry is struggling to deliver. Inefficient buildings, rigid processes, little flexibility, and high environmental footprints are known challenges. A vendor driven industry, resulting in compromised brands and reduced value. Smart building initiatives defined by vendors are technology focused. Some vendors are safe seekers, some opportunistic, and are offering inappropriate solutions. We help buildings focus on the users, unlocking the greater opportunities. We also need to guide renovations and new buildings towards true, durable, sustainable, and scalable value.I have also been lucky to work with grate people and companies in the broadcast industry aligning cutting-edge technology, people, and resources for production of public storytelling, news, sports and contemporary, educational and entertainment programming.I have also been so lucky to have worked with national and international telecom with different initiatives from securing pathways against natural disasters to monetizing infrastructure like fiber to the home (FTH).Broadcast, internet, and telecom are tree legs on which the platform for delivering todays information solutions stand. Aligning technology, resources, and people there has helped me season my professional take on value creation and respect for the foundations witch people thrive.
