Co-created the IKEA concept addition “Recovery the IKEA Way” together with my peers in three other test-pilot stores and by inspiring, challenging and supporting my fantastic Recovery team. The concept addition adds around +10% continuous improvement to all IKEA store's EBIT for the global IKEA franchise.

• Kantin Moneo was a hospitality business inside the Moderna Museet (Museum of Contemporary Art), operating three restaurants/bars and catering events.Some achievements:
• New optimised work methods for the self-serve, al-la-carte and bar operations, inspired by McDonald's operational manual, staff planning and work methods resulted in maintained profitability during sharply declining.

This iconic McDonald's restaurant was the first one opened in Sweden (1973) [Sales US $ 3M, 100 employees].I learned the McDonald's operational procedures and processes for training and restaurant operations, then implemented a best-in-class staff recruiting, selection, retention and roster that resulted in a sustainable and maintained 50% productivity.
