Currently, I work as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Fednot, where I lead the digital transformation of the notarial sector in Belgium. Our organization is committed to modernizing notarial services through technological innovations and smart digital solutions. With a focus on security, efficiency, and user-friendliness, we aim to future-proof notarial processes.Before joining Fednot, I built a rich career, including roles as CIO at Kinepolis Group and Adecco Group Belgium, where I held several leadership positions both nationally and internationally. These experiences provided me with a deep understanding of complex IT environments and strategic business operations, with a strong focus on customer-centric digital solutions.At Adecco, I advanced from System Manager to Infrastructure Manager Benelux and eventually became CIO of the Belgian branch. Later, I took on the role of Vice President (VP) Client Solutions for EMEA. During my 14 years at Adecco, I also had the opportunity to lead the Modis consultancy business in Belgium as Managing Director and spearhead the group’s digital transformation initiatives.My professional journey started at the innovative company Cronos, where I was given the freedom to learn, make mistakes, and further develop myself.
