I am the Personal Staff Officer that develops and runs the Commander's Command Master Religious Program (CMRP). The primary goal is to achieve the free exercise of religion within the unit and across the entire scope of operations. I am the Commander's primary adviser on all matters of a religious, spiritual, moral, morale or ethical nature. I attend key training events and support key initiatives. Within my unit I provide for direct, comprehensive religious support to include: unit visitation, counseling, religious ministrations, and worship services in garrison and field training environments.I also conduct memorials, weddings, and funeral services. I support the Suicide Prevention, Strong Bonds, and Yellow Ribbon programs. I also supervise the Unit Ministry Team (UMT). During my Extended Combat Training (ECT) at Fort Devens, MA and Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) in Fort McCoy, WI, I made visitations to several units, trained three Chaplain assistants, facilitated family discussion workshops, held religious services, and provided counseling daily to Soldiers.I attended Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)'s course, completing the course as an honor graduate. I also completed Captain's Career Course.

I have preached in several different churches and settings for sermons and Bible studies. This includes teaching and preaching on Wednesday nights, Friday nights, Sunday morning, and sometimes Sunday nights. The majority of the teaching I lead is on Friday nights. I am currently a young adult Bible study leader. Many of these studies lead into counseling and life stories filled with family challenges, prayers, and engaging with life's struggles and journeys. During my work for both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees, at Mount Olive College and Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, respectively, I preached several sermons and taught several Bible lessons during my six plus years of schooling.I was also invited to several other smaller churches, the main church being Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church in Richmond, VA, where I led a Senior class in Sunday's sermons.I have counseled children to senior adults on subjects ranging from premarital counseling to grief and support. This includes faith, finances, hobbies, and marriage and family counseling. I have worked after-school programs and assisted children around their community. I have also directed Senior dinners, which include prayers and devotions.

I lead teach and interact with children in preschool through eighth grade. I lead in creating various classroom resources and materials. I implement lesson plans and instructions, and meet all teaching goals and standards in accordance with school policy and as set forth by DoDEA. I have also taught mild to moderate behavior students in small group settings, both inclusive and non-inclusive. I also work with children from a wide variety of socioeconomic backgrounds, aiding in students' development of gross motor, general motor, and language skills. I have experience in working with disabled and special needs children, including autism and sign language.I have worked and provided supplies for teachers and staff, as well as organized storage areas. I have reported various data, purchase orders and inventories. I maintain, update, and establish all office records of great amounts that assist in the office’s proficient operation. I mainly serve as the principal office assistant by performing multiple clerical and administrative support duties throughout the school system. I am fully qualified to operate spreadsheets, PowerPoint, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. I am well versed on office machines and office protocol within the school system.I have repaired equipment to the component level. I am responsible for all aspects of intercom and monitoring wiring and connectivity, control, computer, audio, and video. I have performed work on digital HD cameras, tapes, television studio productions, set ups, and connectivity. I have wired and installed electronic equipment in the media center’s AV room. I have provided support in classroom media presentations and systems, assisted as a video engineer, and supported IT staff.

I spent this time caring for rehabilitation patients, serving in a pastoral care role. I counseled as the Chaplain by listening, aiding to patient’s needs (whether religious or not), offering to pray with patients, and reading them scripture (if requested).
