Manage and lead engineers in Outside Plant Engineering for Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) design in subdivisions, small business, and overlay of towns. Manage road move projects, fiber and site design for new DSLAM sites, fiber orders to small and large businesses. Interface with City, State, and Local Municipalities. Manage project timelines, review project designs, and approve project designs created by Windstream Engineers and External Design firms.

Manage and lead engineers in the Northwest Broadband Engineering Group along with the growth and upgrade of the Windstream Broadband network in Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, and Nebraska. Interface with other Engineering groups to provide transport for Broadband Equipment. Assist engineers with engineering design, financials, and processes.

Interface with vendors for product selection and new technologies. - Lead project to upgrade DSL equipment in sixty towns in Nebraska - Lead project to overlay Calix OC-48 Access rings with 10G Access rings in Lincoln, NE and Carlsbad, NM. - Leading project to overlay SONET rings with Cyan 10G DWDM rings in Nebraska and New Mexico. - Leading project for installation of new remotes (DLC) in Nebraska and New Mexico.

Provided telecommunications support for Kinder Morgan Corporate office, sales offices, electric power generation facilities, Natural Gas booster stations, and SCADA systems. Maintained, administered, and installed Microwave Radio equipment, DS-3 Multiplexers, DS-3 DACS, SCADA radio systems, Nortel Option 81C PBX, Nortel Key systems, and other communication devices.- Created Visual Basic scripts and Visual Basic.Net software programs for Nortel PBX.- Managed remote Nortel PBX in Canada and several offices in Colorado.- Created Nortel ACD queues for call center.- Created Radio Wave safety manual and software programs.
