I've been building, leading - or helping others build or lead - nonprofits for almost 20-years. The through-line has been my ability to cut through the chaos and messiness of a vision or idea and craft a concrete blueprint for growth. I use this "superpower" to help leaders build the board, staff, systems, network, and fundraising engine they need to create truly high-impact and sustainable organizations. ▶︎ WHY MY PROCESS WORKS: Every high-impact organization is made up of 3 core elements: strategic clarity, capital, and a strong network of people - a team, board, advisors, etc.. In order to grow, these three elements must be properly calibrated; In order to sustain, they must be in balance.
