I serve as the lead administrator of the division and work to foster collaboration between disciplines and faculty. I am responsible for administration and supervision of the instructional areas, including teaching assignments, staff evaluation, curriculum evaluation and development, budget recommendations, advisory committees, and administration of day, evening, semester and summer offerings. In this role I also review all Division programs and special events for compliance with applicable state and federal law, regulations and guidelines, District policy and procedure, and responsiveness to the needs of a culturally diverse community.
