CurrentProvided administration, implementation, and support for physical security and corporate technology. Work closely with IT and business partners to develop IT solutions for employee experience, device monitoring, physical security, and many other corporate technology functions. • Worked with servers, on-prem hosted applications, SaaS applications, cameras, doors/badge readers, biometrics, audio analytics, facial recognition, etc.) Worked closed on applications such as: Max Pro, Pro Watch, Genetec, Morpho, Solarwinds, IronYun, etc.• Managed technology solutions for 3 Business Units: Corporate Workplace, Corporate Citizenship, and Physical Security across all 32 Ally facilities. • Responsible for maintaining over 2,000 security devices that help ensure the safety of employees and contractors. (cameras, readers, biometrics, etc.)• Plan, organize, control and implement physical security application-related projects, upgrades, system migrations and commissioning.• Maintained all access control, video systems, and network applications on preventive maintenance schedule. • Responsible for remediating and preventing security vulnerabilities across all software and hardware • Liaising with key stakeholders in both the business and the operational support team to ensure the product life-cycle is properly managed o Monitoring, Alerting and Logging o Service Management o Change management o Incident management o Outage reporting o Configuration management
