I am a social entrepreneur passionate about developing an army of mighty women leaders across India. My vision is to speak at the UN Women Convention one day about powerful Indian women and the changed women's status in the Indian economy. With the belief that women can transform communities, I strongly believe in investing in women. I am the CEO and co-founder at Srujna, not-for-profit enabling women impacted by poverty to earn a respectable income across India.With a background in psychology and social entrepreneurship, my focus has been on bringing stable long-term change by being a global changemaker. My extensive love for travel takes me far and wide to study social change models, increasing my depth of knowledge. I have also been fortunate and privileged to have won much national and international recognition for my work at Srujna, which has given me insights and mentorship from world experts.
