With 20+ years of international work experience ranging from consumer, banking and renewable businesses, I am in great position to fill a temporary gap that your business might face, help you through a demanding due diligence/investment process or back you up on a long term basis. Recent assignments includes setting up and designing the new Asset Management function within Svea Solar Utility AB. Svea Solar is on an incredibly interesting journey expanding from residential projects into constructing and operating industrial sized parks. (Solar investments are by far the fastest growing energy source in the Nordics!) My role was to set up the guidelines of the function and lead on commercial topics as Goo´s, Certs, PPA´s, budgeting, reporting and Financial modeling. Even technical areas such as site inspections, insurance claims and notifications to the Balancing Responsible Party was part of the daily tasks. During the last year and a half, I have been able to support the back-office team of Modity Energy Trading AB in Lund. Modity is a leading energy trader and Balancing Responsible Party (BRP). However, the risks within Energy trading is not to be foreseen as the market is very volatile and can quickly change. The role therfore demanded excellent possession of market knowledge and strict prudent handling of the numbers.

I headed a team of three engineers and three business administrators and had full operational and financial responsibilities for more than 150 turbines in operation. The total installed capacity was almost 500MW and +400 MEUR had been invested. By always representing the owners, the ultimate goal of the team was to maximise the value of the investments during the operations. This was mainly done through thorough and active contract management. Apart from the daily tasks such as operational monitoring and recurring financial reporting the team was also supporting the process of project divestments and in close contacts with potential investors. Responsible for financial modelling of the On-shore Wind Projects in Europe and South Africa. Designed, collected needed information and presented the business case to the board. In the role I developed full understanding of a Wind project from its initial Green Field status to once it is fully operational and it required a close dialogue with different stakeholders such as Asset Management, Development, Construction and O&M teams. Post completion audits, partnering and secure external services are other topics that belonged to my area of responsibility. Prior to my role within the Risk and Investment team, I worked as a Controller in E.ON Vind Sverige AB with Performance Management activities such as reporting and budgeting. When Globe (SAP) was implemented in E.C&R, Eon Climate and Renewables I was the responsible Change Agent for E.ON Vind Sverige AB and considered as an SAP Expert.

Senior Relationship Manager, Institutional Clients GermanyAn extrovert role within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) there I was representing Danske Bank’s business activities in Germany and responsible for finding new business opportunities for the Bank in Germany. I performed thorough market analysis and sold Danske Bank’s product portfolio and financial expertise. Target Clients were leading institutional firms, with a minimum of 5 BN EUR Assets under Management. e.g. Asset Managers as e.g. MEAG, Life Insurance Companies as e.g. Munich Re, Bausparkassen, Versogungskammern (Pension Funds), Private Banks etc. Initiation and development of specific products and services to the Client was important within this business minded and extrovert role.
