Recent assignments includes setting up and designing the new Asset Management function within Svea Solar Utility AB. Svea Solar is on an incredibly interesting journey expanding from residential projects into constructing and operating industrial sized parks. (Solar investments are by far the fastest growing energy source in the Nordics!) My role was to set up the guidelines of the function and lead on commercial topics as Goo´s, Certs, PPA´s, budgeting, reporting and Financial modeling. Even technical areas such as site inspections, insurance claims and notifications to the Balancing Responsible Party was part of the daily tasks. During the last year and a half, I have been able to support the back-office team of Modity Energy Trading AB in Lund. Modity is a leading energy trader and Balancing Responsible Party (BRP). However, the risks within Energy trading is not to be foreseen as the market is very volatile and can quickly change. The role therfore demanded excellent possession of market knowledge and strict prudent handling of the numbers.

The total installed capacity was almost 500MW and +400 MEUR had been invested.
