I’am a driven and committed business manager with over 15 years of experience from design and UX.I have had my base in beautiful Båstad for several years now, but I love to travel and consider the whole of Sweden as my workplace.I am very used to leading teams and for many years have been responsible for personnel, recruitment and budgets. A senior profile with great experience of being responsible for and holding together UX in several channels at the same time. Both web and app.I’m highly skilled at influencing and developing the business. I find it easy to build teams, motivate and get the staff on board. In my current position I work as CEO at PixelPappa - a design driven tech consultancy company in Sweden. Senior advisor of all things design related.     Over the course of 3 years I’ve been the product owner and project manager for a political project called Mötesglädje. It’s a project initiated by myself and SPF Seniorerna and founded by Allmänna Arvsfonden. It’s a mobile application developed by, and for our senior citizens. Helping the users to interact and find new friends in the later stages of life. This project has so many highlights it’s impossible to list them all. But to mention a few:Has the highest funding ever approved for a digital project by Allmänna Arvsfonden. I co-wrote that application.6 focus groups working from Malmö in the South to Luleå in Sweden, all consisting of 10-15 seniors. Providing requirements and working as testers through the entire project.We worked remotely with all the focus groups during the pandemic. Meaning that we had to make sure every senior was comfortable with working in zoom and other digital tools.     This project was all about business transformation. I was responsible for making the product - Soundtrap - accessible according to the legal requirements dictated by the WCAG standards. I was also responsible for getting all 10 product teams on-board. Charming my way through business leaders, PO/PM, Engineers and designers. Making sure that everyone understood what was expected, but also got behind the project. I did workshops, documented the entire process on how to build an accessible product. I launched a new “accessibility first” design process across the organisation and also handled coordination with external resources that were part of bringing this together.
