BBB (http://bbbtech.com, http://elemark.io) is a biotech company and manufacturer of smart devices and multiple blood testing modules which enable diagnoses of diabetes and infectious diseases. (Finished series A funding of 5.5 billion Korean Won, around $5 million in 2016) Led the development stages of a medical and healthcare products, resulting in their commercialization in late 2017. - Defined each product’s role and developed 1 smart device (platform device), 4 diagnostic dongles (2 glucose/ketone bodies testing dongles, lipid testing dongle, Rapid kit for infectious diseases reader), 8 relative softwares (5 blood sensor analysers, 1 integrated result display app, 1 caregivers’ app, and 1 clinical trial solution with Apple ResearchKit), 5 web and cloud solutions (personal report view, hospital dashboard, distributors’ dashboard, geographical analysis dashboard for Korean government and research dashboard for laboratories). - Developed a partnership with smart device manufacturersin Shenzhen, 6 highly skilled bio sensor manufacturers, 5 development companies and 3 medical institutions, collectively dividing the roles and schedules of each player and managing quality and timeline. With these blood testing solutions, applied 6 clinical trials managing and monitoring more than 200 patients and over 400 Korean and Brazilian blood samples, with 6 clinical institutions including Samsung Medical Center, Catholic University Hospital, and Hong Kong University. - Achieved comprehensive certification of MFDS, CE - IVD, and FDA certifications for medical device authentication and the application of regulatory and technical supplements to the product.

Startup Alliance by Naver (http://startupall.kr) has worked to enrich the Korean startup community and foster startups’ expansion into the global market since 2014. As a lead manager and a founding member, designed the entire annual program of the Startup Alliance.Startup employees, accelerators, and investor groups, executives, andpublic relations organizations participated in various programs, including 3,000 people and 44 startups participating in overseas road shows and IR developers. Companies were encouraged to form new subsidiaries in order to cooperate with overseas organizations, including Silicon Valley, Japan, and China. - scouted promising early startups and progressed business and development through various channels of funding, leveraging business opportunities for 41 startups; 25 or more startups made partnerships with larger startups to create new revenue models.

Com2uS is one of the major mobile game developers in Korea, developing and publishing hundreds of games, securing hundreds of millions users globally. Com2uS was acquired by GAMEVIL in 2013. Devised, developed and commercialized a cross functional mobile game platform called "Com2uS Hub (present COM2USGAMEVIL HIVE)"; Com2uS Hub connects user communities of 100+ mobile games developed or published by Com2uS, and implements the integrated marketing channel on top of it. It gained 100M + users in two and a half years with more than 23% marketing efficiency. Com2uS Hub received the Korea Internet Award in 2012 from the Government for being the first mobile game company to have a social network platform for games.- Embedded ‘Hub’ as a marketing tool for US, Japan and China Com2uS branches and 3rd party game makers, through leveraging in-bound/out-bound partnerships, support and collaboration with Com2uS marketing team. Integrated ‘Hub’ on 100+ in-house/publishing games for testing, service, and analysis through developing and publishing APIs and SDKs.

LTE (Long Term Evolution) and WiBro (IEEE802.16e) System Development Project- Responsible for developing and testing embedded system software for integration with Intel Network Processor IXP2400, IXP2800 and Cortex-A8 (ARM/XScale family) while collaborating with Intel R&D center in Taiwan - Developed modules for Micro Engine of Intel Network Processor (Assembly) - Developed a Gigabit Ethernet device driver, communication and control peripheral device drivers- Developed a test module to streamline the test process- Participated in interoperability test with ETRI mobile stations- Gave a technical demonstration that resulted in the first sales to leading service providers such as Sprint (USA), KDDI (Japan) and KT (Korea)- Conducted whole system integrity test and got successful 1Gbps HD video data transfer- Obtained Six Sigma Green Belt certificate Virtual Modem System Development Project- Responsible for telecommunication SoC (System on a Chip) architecture design and embedded system software design- Performed Nucleus OS and Linux porting and developed device drivers- Led development of LTE protocol stack collaborating with SCOM (Samsung MODEM Chip) software team
