Responsibilities include managing a team of approximately 10 resources (onshore and offshore) including architects, developers, testers and business analysts to support the business units (Justfab.com, fablectics.com, fabkids.com, shoedazzel.com and SavageX.com) that are responsible for generating $900 million of sales revenue annually. Lead cross-functional efforts and fostered innovation to ensure effective direction and support of the eCommerce platform for this leader in fashion.Perform project scheduling, task assignments, and resource allocations.Work with product management and design to define strategy and requirements, and lead development teams from concept through delivery and subsequent operation.Allocate development resources - Interface with internal and external groups.Communicate with developers to understand project features, arrange feature demos and perform functional specification reviews.Manage daily in house development tasks of defining, designing, and delivering fixes and updates to business-critical applications, internal and external client-facing applications and reporting solutions for two resources through entire SDLC.Responsible for managing a team of onshore and offshore Software Developers, QA, DBA, DevOps engineer in planning, directing, and overseeing the entire software/applications development process.Handle recruitment, training and performance management of team members.Provide leadership coaching and mentoring to team members. Perform 1 on 1's, merit reviews, and 360 reviews.Negotiating contracts with vendors.
