# Supervision and management of the tenders (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, BoQs) process, end-to-end, from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission, ensuring the development of compelling offers in a timely manner and aligned with the customer and business objectives for public sector# Coordination, reviews, edits and integration of the input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, finance, commercial, legal and delivery teams to ensure tender/bid documents are responsive to client requirements in a high-quality manner# Development of proposal templates (documents, presentations, factsheets, internal tools) in line with company branding to support automation initiatives and process improvement with the objectives to improve turnaround time and win rate# Optimization and re-build of company’s tender process, as well as introduction of new processes/procedures and documents/templates, which are updated in agreed intervals, upholding and inter-related with the tender process, aiming at enhancing the overall quality of service provisioning, safeguarding internal resources and minimizing effort# Tracking and evaluation activities for extracting intelligence and transforming it to “lesson learned”, as a post-tender submission step# Training and on-boarding of the newcomers in the Public Dpt. facilitating their familiarization with company’s vision and mission, structure, policies, procedures and tools# Administration and coordination of internal operational activities of the company in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by top management# KPIs: --- Successful participation in more than 30 Public Sector RFPs within the last 3 years, all of them awarded, with budget of more than €300 mil.--- Successful implementation of more than 50 internal templates, for optimizing the internal procedures and facilitating the day-to-day work of the team.
