Military Talent Delivery includes a portfolio of programs that serve as touchpoints to both external military talent and internal employees. Program Manager for the National Military Apprenticeship Program, a program designed to serve as a skill bridge between quality military talent and professional roles here at Wells Fargo. The portfolio also includes internal programs that allow us to welcome, recognize and engage with our military community who are currently employed with us.

People Leader and Program Manager - Implemented, centralized and managed national efforts to recruit military talent across Spectrum’s 41 state footprint partnering with 10 business talent leaders. Marketing campaigns, both local and national. Established and managed recruiter/sourcer KPIs to align to business needs. Oversight of over 100 military career fairs virtual and in-person partnering with recruiting leaders across the business for attendance technical support. Established and delivered internal military training for talent professionals and people leaders. Program and functional leader of national team.

Three-year DOL Certified National Apprentice Program. Program Manager; supporting ten local program leads and their administrative team across 41 states. As of August 2021, 2,200 are actively enrolled and approaching 500 program completions. Veteran & Non-Veteran Program.

Coordination and management of one of the largest battalions within the Marine Corps. Part of a team who plan and manage the training of over 1200 Marines ensuring Marine Corps requirements are met and complied with. Instructor trainer for several programs. Managed, Maintained and accounted for more than $500,000 in critical gear for the Combat Operations Center. Awarded the Navy Marine Corps achievement medal 3rd award during this period.

Successful Marine recruiter with exceptional public speaking abilities, strong mentor and leader. Awarded 2011 RS recruiter of the year along with Centurion Recruiter for his recruitment of 100 highly qualified Marine recruits.

Planning, coordination and execution of transportation needs to executive level staff within the national capital region. Managed the training of all personnel within the section to include licensing requirements of both military and civilian members.

Motor Transport Operations to include 2 combat deployments. Awarded the Navy Marine Corps achievement medal.
