My responsibilities are project planning,raising capex,providing specifications and technical recommendations to purchase,inspection of equipment's,managing site,commissioning of plants .

Bhiwadi-Rajasthan

Here we had put up a plant to manufacture sterile bulk drugs. The plant was designed as per C Gmp guidelines. After putting the plant in to production I was looking after the production & Engg. Section. My responsibilities includes to meet the production targets with right yield, quality and to maintain the plant at zero breakdown level.

I had worked with CEPHAM GROUP at their Milk Plant Namely M/s CEPHAM Milk Specialties limited Derabassi as D.G.M (Projects & Engg). I joined this organization as Manager projects and later on promoted to the post of DGM in the year of 2001. CEPHAM Milk specialties limited are engaged in the production of Ghee, Casein, Whey Proteins, Milk Minerals, and Lactose etc. CEPHAM Milk. is also engaged in the production of value added herbal products like calcium sennosides, Hyocine, Reserpine, Colchicine, 10-DAB etc. At CEPHAM my responsibilities includes the looking after the complete Engg Section (Maintenance of plant) present & future expansions & diversifications of products at CMSL. IN NOV 2002 I was shifted to RAJASTHAN ANTIBIOTICS LTD BHIWADI, for restarting their Lyophilized Sterile plant. We restarted the plant after complete maintenance of all sterile equipments, utilities etc. Later on in march 2003 we had put up a plant to manufacture sterile crystalline products. M/S RAL is engaged in production of STERILE API, S.IN June 2004 I was shifted to M/S CEBON INDIA LTD for restarting their Lyophilized sterile plant. We restarted the plant along with putting up a plant to manufacture sterile crystalline products. After that I was overall Incharge of Engg. Sections of both the plants as DGM (Engg. &Projects).

Derabassi (Pb)

. Here I was responsible for the complete project job. After completion of project I was looking after the production of Benzaldehyde, Benzyl Alcohol & Sodium Benzoate.

Kalka-India

Here we put up a green field project for the production of pesticides.I am responsible for designing,planning,equipment ordering,inspection,managing site for all civil,mech.& electrical jobs.

Rohtak Area, India

. M/s Bharat Rasayan Ltd. was engaged in the production of synthetic pyrethioroids like Fenvelerate, Cypermethrin, Monocrotophos, and Dichlorovos etc. My responsibilities included the Project/Modification of plant depending upon the market of the product.

Dehra Dun Area, India

M/s SRL was engaged in the production of Malathion & Dimethoate. My responsibilities included the Project/Modification of plant depending upon the market of the product.
