Results exceeded expectations with over 300 applications, more than 3 times the goal. - Sourced and analyzed performance data across multiple federal agencies and worked directly with White House senior advisors and elected officials to assess risk and ensure alignment with the federal budget and the President’s Management Agenda. Pacific Gas & Electric -Managed the redesign and rollout of a corporate-wide performance management system across 11 business units. -Directed integrated team of consultants and client employees through process mapping, redesign, implementation, and training. Deployed on schedule for first 2014 Board Meeting. Urban School Districts - Deployed performance management frameworks across school districts, with clients including Los Angeles Unified, Cleveland Metropolitan, Atlanta Public, and Prince George’s County School Districts. - Conducted analysis of current systems and internal controls, interviewed stakeholders, and built a custom framework for managing performance initiatives.
