It was a ISO 9000, OHSAS18000 and ISO14000 company. Worked for Provident Housing, Shriram Properties and Motisham Builders and others as contractor. Achieved Rs48crs turnover in the 3rd year of establishment. Also founded a real estate company, D3 Smart home pvt. Ltd. D3 Estate and constructions ( india) pvt ltd got ACCE(I) MLR -Ultratech awards 2021 well built concrete structure ( Multi Storey) in Udupi , Dakshina Kannada , Shivamogga & Chikmagalur District for the construction of CANOPY Residential Complex for M/S Mohtisam Complexes pvt LTD , Mangalore.

Set up and developed business operations and projects as well as oversaw expansion of Mfar Constructions from a Bangalore based company to one with projects across India. Its an ISO 9000, OHSAS 18000, ISO 14000 company. Mfar Awarded with Golden peacock National training award in 2007, Golden peacock Enviromental management award 2007, Golden peacock award for Occupational health and safety 2008. Got award as sinior Builders from Builders association of india for the contribution in the construction industry ( personally) in the year 2004, got numerous award from Institute of Engineers on safety in different years(2006, 2007,2008), Got two award from Association of Consulting Civil Engineers ( ACCE) in the year 2007, Greentech Safety Award-2008, Got numerous award from National safety Council of india ( NSCI) including "Shresta Suraksha Puraskar2010" including other award for safety and occupational health( 2005, 2006,2007), International Safetyaward from British Safety Council,UK in 2009, Honoured ( with cloth Scraf ) and awarded by His Holiness Dalai Lama for high quality construction of Monestries( Drepung Losling Monastery and others) at Mundgod, karnataka in the year 2008 and many more.Built Mfar from a startup into a construction company renowned for the safety , Quality and reliability, spread over almost whole india. I worked in Mfar for a long 17 years as CEO till 2012. Then joined as a Board member till 2013. Also, set up Mfar Holdings, a real estate company in 1999 in Bangalore and was appointed as non-executive Board Member in April 2012 until March 2013.

Supervising and executing various prestigious multi-million OMR projects across Oman like Low cost housing at Masirah island , 64 Dams construction at Jabel Akhdar( Helicopter used for shifting goods and manpower) , Very high quality Palace construction at Mamurah Palace, Al-Husn Palace, Robat Palace at Salalah and Muscat Gateway ( a tourist attraction in Muscat) amongst other challenging projects. Recognised and awarded as a Best Manager by the company on Galfarday -1994. Galfar is the biggest construction company in oman having its presence in other Middle East countries and also were in Brunai and in India.

Headed operations for the company with projects in construction, trading operations and retail. Was incharge for the whole organisation first as chief engineer and then as General Manager i.e, the divisions of Civil Construction, Electromechanical devision and fabrications, Electrical retail outlet and General trading store for gift items , dresses etc. Some of the challenging projects includes housing projects at Khuriya Muriya Islands, Dalkut and installation of Rotating type irrigators, Reservoir (1st time in Oman) to irrigate 50 Acres of area including animals husbandry. Made this company from stretch to a big organisation.

Was responsible for the construction of various government projects in Salalah, Oman.

Was responsible for erection of generator houses, pipe lines , underground cable lines, errection of water tank etc. Reached Oman in Sept 1977 and worked in Dhofar mountanious and desert region in a very enviromantally hostile weather condition without any infrastructure and roads in those days.
