Very experienced Programme Manager and IT PPM consultant. I have lead multiple transformational projects, globally, Enterprise wide for a range of businesses and technologies. I have lead the design and spearheaded the delivery of major strategic Governance and Portfolio execution structures and complex programmes. Fortunate to have deep experience in designing and delivering change through business Agility adoption and digital transformation across application and processes.
