Commander of a 63-man information technology company assigned to provide modern tactical IT services while testing and evaluating future combat and communications assets for the US Army.  Oversaw the installation, operation, and management of the unit’s Command, Control, Computer, intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) network.  Supervised maintenance management, supply, and accountability of all equipment valued in excess of $15.6 million dollars.  Provided doctrine development, process refinement, and IT employment procedures. Supervised, employed, managed, and mentored 63 Soldiers. Developed the training and validation plan for all tactical equipment and IT teams. Oversaw two network extension sections, administration section, and mail room operations.

Senior Information Technology Officer responsible for managing IT communications assets, which include all aspects of automation and communication-electronics related to the planning, design, engineering, operations, logistical support, and evaluation of systems and networks.  Directs and manages the installation, operation, networking, and maintenance of IT equipment.  Advises unit commanders and staff on network requirements, capabilities, and operations. Subject matter expert on voice and digital IT communications planning for the unit. Established network capabilities and connectivity for a temporary operations center that enabled a live, virtual, and constructive network for training and evaluation of future combat systems. Provided IT support for over 1,200 customers

Second in charge of a 100-man Heavy Brigade Combat Headquarters directing the Army’s Future Combat Systems (FCS) testing.  Provided guidance and oversight for the company’s supply system, orderly room, training room, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives cell.  Charged with property accountability and maintenance of more than 1,583 pieces of equipment valued in excess of $9.7 million dollars.  Responsible for the development and refinement of maintenance procedures, logistics standards, and administration operations. Managed total company annual budget of more than $1.2 million dollars.  Raised personnel readiness from 61% to 90% in under 60 days. Served as the liaison responsible for supporting and coordinating directly with all organizational department managers.

Executive Officer for a 50-man IT company responsible for evaluating the Army’s Future Combat Systems.  Lead team of 5 and directed the company logistics systems, the personnel administration office, and the training management team.  Oversaw the nuclear, biological, and chemical section, weapons management, maintenance program, and IT security. Managed the functionality and maintenance of network and transportation equipment valued in excess of $30 million.  Developed maintenance and logistics operating procedures, management tracking systems, maintenance doctrine, and recovery standards that were adopted by the higher headquarters.  Managed company budget in excess of $200,000.  Received, accounted, and distributed over 100 LINs worth of equipment without discrepancy. Appointed as the Weapons Range Officer, Certified Sexual Assault Victim Advocate, Motor Maintenance Officer, Hazardous Material Handling Officer, OSHA Hazardous Materials Officer, IT Management Officer, Unit Movement Officer, Environmental Control Officer, and Government Billing Official
