As an example: Working hands-on with my IT team of 50 employees, we were able to reduce my annual $11M operating budget by 55% over 5 years – while modernizing infrastructure, utilizing cloud, colocation, and offshore services, and aligning global strategies with vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, NetApp, AT&T, and Avaya.
