• Launched an ideation effort to enhance the way a large federal agency tackled improper payment prevention as well as evaluate the effectiveness and document current prevention strategies. • Led design of the strategy and implementation of a project enabling agile transformation, IT modernization, and customer-centric investment for a major federal agency. This included integrating Product Management and Agile Development principles and practices into organizational operations and cultures. • Managed a team of 20+ consultants on a major federal agency project and responsible for the financial management of a 3.8 million/year budget. • Infused the voice of the customer into IT investments by integrating business representatives with IT specialists to understand customer experiences, pain points, and opportunities for future development• Mentor junior project leaders to cultivate growth and increase internal capacity.• Led an agency training program to create a cohesive approach to on-demand modules, virtual training, and in-person events reaching 10,000+ training participants each fiscal year.• Led strategic communication efforts for a federal agency program, including crafting and editing all stakeholder messages on a variety of mediums including the .gov website and social media.

• Coordinate logistics for the Edmund S. Muskie Internship, including program orientation, debriefing seminars and alumni engagement opportunities. • Research, organize and manage placement for 55 program participants into summer internships. • Facilitate J-1 visa processing for 120 teachers and ensure visa eligibility, compliance and regulation. • Create and strengthen partnerships with businesses and schools to support several U.S. Department of State grant funded programs.

• Oversaw the logistics of a 9 months post graduate intern program, this included coordinating meetings with international business leaders, political officials and non profit leaders, and providing leadership counsel and financial guidance.• Collaborated with the National Student Leadership Office during annual student forums, helping to recruit speakers and coordinate event schedules.• Acted as Congressional liaison by developing a relationship with congressional offices and staff, scheduling Congressmen and women to speak at our events and meet with our interns. • Developed and strengthened international relationships with groups visiting the National Prayer Breakfast, communicating with them throughout the year and creating schedules of events and meetings when they visited the U.S, primarily Guatemala, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. • Managed office space logistics, team building exercises and meetings with Annapolis associates. • Leadership mentor to students who attended our student programs and internships.
