PACT is a national non-profit organization that offers incredible support to our military families by providing reliable and free, long-term foster care homes for their pets when soldiers are on deployment, so pets don’t have to risk being abandoned at a shelter with no where else to go. I believe that an organization's success depends upon its leaders to remain committed to the mission, to create a culture that inspires innovative ideas, and to develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders. I provide training on: strategic planning, various areas of fund development, board development, as well as the enhancement of corporate and government relations, and meaningful stewardship.

Working independently or in collaboration with the Executive Director or Board of Directors, I am responsible for securing major gifts in the 5, 6, and 7-figure range. This includes funding for general operating support, programs and supportive services, as well as event sponsorships and special projects including capital and planned giving. I communicate across multiple departments to create a culture of philanthropy within the organization, while also identifying specific funding opportunities for donors. I work with the marketing and special events team to collaborate on communications to keep key stakeholders engaged. I have also cultivated extensive media, corporate, and community partnerships. I continuously monitor and analyze fundraising strategies to meet and exceed annual funding goals. I also provide highly effective and personalized stewardship for individual, corporate, and foundation donors.In 2017, I was blessed to lead the development and secure the funding necessary for the creation of a new satellite support center office – Nicole’s Place, in Huntingdon Valley.

Lead the implementation of the Art Center’s new strategic plan by collaborating with the Board of Directors, staff and faculty of the Art Center. Managed a staff of 12 - 17 employees and 30+ faculty members, while developing new programming, operations, and a new communications plan.Through my acquisition of grants, corporate and individual support, as well as the development of new regional partnerships, AAC expanded the curriculum of the Studio School, initiated the expansion of the 27-Acre Sculpture Park, created & implemented the “Futures Fund” campaign to address capitalization, and secured major gifts to complete significant capital improvements to the building and campus. Prepared extensive quarterly and annual reports.

In my role as AAC's Development Director, I worked on the completion of the Capital Campaign, focused on the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major donors, and expanded the organization's corporate and community relations. I was also responsible for grants management, the enhancement of the membership program, and served as Chair of the Center's Advisory Committee.

Collaborated with the Vice President of Development and Board of Trustees to work on the Kimmel Center’s $75M Endowment Campaign. Secured major gifts through the identification and solicitation of individuals, corporations and foundations. Managed donor records through Raiser’s Edge and Tessitura databases. Prepared prospect, donor and budget reports to share with other departments and the Endowment Campaign Committee.
