• Budget Creation: Collaborated with the finance team to create quarterly budgets based on new hire, break fix, and refresh projections to then report actual spending after each quarter. This was a process I implemented that is now standardized in the IT department. • IT Projects:o Phone system transition – managing a project that included porting critical lines to a new phone system, updating the executive team with weekly progress updates, and effectively managed through DevOps and SmartSheet.o Asset refreshes – created and executed a new IT asset refresh process. This included creating a budget, project plan, presenting for approval, and spearheading the project. Throughout this project I refreshed over 400 IT assets, communicated with end users, and then coordinating the delivery effort with local IT. This also included the disposal of hundreds of thousands of dollars or equipment, reporting to finance to remove equipment from aging assets, and closing each phase of the project by quarter.o Expansion - assisted project coordinators in expansion of existing sites.
