• Budget Creation: Collaborated with the finance team to create quarterly budgets based on new hire, break fix, and refresh projections to then report actual spending after each quarter. This was a process I implemented that is now standardized in the IT department. • IT Projects:o Phone system transition – managing a project that included porting critical lines to a new phone system, updating the executive team with weekly progress updates, and effectively managed through DevOps and SmartSheet.o Asset refreshes – created and executed a new IT asset refresh process. This included creating a budget, project plan, presenting for approval, and spearheading the project.
