Allocation to the team members, explaining the JD to the team. Sharing matching profiles with clients and seeking regular feedback on CV's shared. Maintaining healthy relationships with candidates from their hiring till seperation and post seperation as well. Coordinating with technical team and with the candidates for interview schedules. Hiring candidates as per the requirement and given criteria of the clients by sourcing applications. Screening all applicants based on the criteria to meet and exceed rigorous standard.
