• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified talent • Create and foster relationships with universities and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house systems to identify and recruit the best candidates• Utilize applicant tracking systems, resume database searches, phone screens and interviews to ensure hiring top talent and be prepared for succession planning• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements • Create and present pre-screen questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval • Responsible for screening and referring applicants for technical, administrative and management positions throughout the Company • Facilitate offers of employment to potential candidates • Maintain accuracy of database, applicant tracking system and requisition ownership processes• Coordinate face to face and phone interview with hiring mangers • Assist in the creation of and participation in roll out of new recruiting related initiatives and programs• Partnership with Talent Acquisition Manager for all posting and advertisements• Perform all other duties assigned

-Implement hiring processes in PeopleSoft and Taleo •Manage confidential files and other internal information •Provide assistance to Recruiters and other RAs throughout the hiring process •Organize new employee orientation and orientation materials •Schedule and prepare candidates for upcoming interviews •Work with hiring managers to prepare for the arrival of their new employees •Answer inquires and provided customer service to potential applicants * Order Drug Tests and Background Checks *Compose Offer Letters and employment documentation

-Work alongside physicians and nurses to ensure an adequate patient visit.-Verify Patient insurance and demographic information, work various reports, and correct billing errors to ensure a smooth billing process.-Assist in new hire training and orientation.
