• Implement hiring processes in PeopleSoft and Taleo
• Manage confidential files and other internal information
• Provide assistance to Recruiters and other RAs throughout the hiring process
• Organize new employee orientation and orientation materials
• Schedule and prepare candidates for upcoming interviews
• Work with hiring managers to prepare for the arrival of their new employees
