Develops, plans, and coordinates day-to-day Production & Concert Operations logistics for all orchestra-related activities, spanning the subscription season, "Concerts in the Parks" tour, theatrical productions, festivals, celebrations, special events, holiday presentations, film concerts with live orchestra, and pre-concert programs.Creates and monitors production budgets for all Philharmonic concerts at Lincoln Center, run-out concerts, and "Concerts in the Parks" series.Manages all staging requirements, including audio, lighting, projections/video, keyboard instrument tunings and maintenance, backline, etc. with Stage Representative, Orchestra Personnel Manager, stage crew, and conductor/soloists. Manage logistics for all NYP run-out and special off-site concerts.Work closely with Artistic Planning department to coordinate guest artists' contract needs for guest conductors, soloists, artist managers, choruses, cover conductors, and composers.Function as Technical Producer on large-scale special theatrical productions, working with each artistic & design team (stage director, lighting designer, sound designer, projections designer, costume designer, et al.), and various NYP departments. Hire and manage production / technical staff, and vendors.Chair weekly production meetings with Operations, Artistic Planning, and Orchestra Personnel departments. Coordinate production logistics, as needed, for special projects on Philharmonic tours.

Production management and technical coordination for the U.S. Stage Premiere of director / designer Bengt Gomér’s production of Schoenberg’s ERWARTUNG and Bartók’s BLUEBEARD'S CASTLE, both conducted by Jaap van Zweden, September 26–28, 2019 at David Geffen Hall, Lincoln Center.Bengt Gomér’s fully staged production — premiered by the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra in January 2019 — incorporates video, lighting, and shadow actors to integrate the two one-act operas into a complete narrative united by an exploration of the subconscious.This U.S. Stage Premiere of Bengt Gomér’s production of Erwartung and Bluebeard’s Castle is in collaboration with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra.
