With over a decade of experience in education, I skillfully build bridges between school districts, teachers, families, and the boys we serve, in order to create a collective effort in bringing our mission to fruition.

Founder & CeoClose Ties Leadership Program Jan 2016 - PresentClose Ties Leadership Program believes in Black boys' inherent genius and unlocks their full potential through early exposure to college and career opportunities, in-school mentorship, and individualized social emotional support. We follow a depth-mentoring model providing services to Black boys in Atlanta from the time they are in fifth grade until they graduate from high school. We serve to be both a mirror and a window as we provide members with the tools necessary to reflect on who they are as well as expose them to opportunities aligned to who they aspire to become.
