Blake Kochner is a Mechanical Engineer with experience in the food packing and parcel industry. A majority of Blake's experience has been in the food packaging manufacturing environment in which his responsibilities ranged from construction management to mechanical design. These projects consisted of facilities process improvements, machine design, mechanical layout design, construction management of contractors during down times, writing Capital Appropriation Requests, and HVAC design for commercial and industrial buildings. Through this, Blake gained experience working and communicating with technical and strategic decision makers.Blake has also been a USA Hockey Official for 7 years. He has worked levels ranging from youth hockey to Collegiate and Junior (16-21 yo) Hockey. Throughout his officiating career, Blake has learned how to effectively communicate with various different people. He has also been given the responsibility to lead the younger generation and share his knowledge and experience.Blake received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering in May 2020 from Bradley University. Blake has personal interests of hockey, world music, and world cultures. Blake has been with EAD since February 2021.
