Personal profile and Career aspirations:As a health professional I have been fortunate to see different perspectives of health sector ie both medical (Dentist, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) as well as business perspectives (National Strategy/Programs, National performance management as well as Corporate and Provider management) across different parts of the world (United Kingdom, Australia, Middle-East - Dubai and Qatar and Asia). My management experience includes delivery of National strategies and programs (design, development and implementation), clinical service planning, service redesign and improvements, performance management, business planning, corporate and hospital operations. I have worked across primary, secondary, tertiary and community care. These have helped me innovate and deliver knowledge-based transformation of Health systems by navigating, understanding and collaborating various interdependencies and system parameters. Furthermore, operationalizing the concept of integrated care networks or systems has helped me deliver high quality efficient patient care. I see myself in a very senior management role. I am a doer, team player and motivator who believes in inclusive transformational leadership. I have over the years developed and sharpened various skills sets such as, interpersonal communication, data analysis, problem solving, dealing with large workloads, and time management which I believe will help me perform in the role I seek.
