Hourly deadline-oriented duties included office management, team supervision, key control, designing and updating forms, security patrol, and hourly resident roll-call counts.I was directly hired as a supervisor and trained quickly, working on average 8, but up to 16 hours of overtime per week. Team management ranged from 2-5 members with varying roles and responsibilities (kitchen crew, case manager, etc.) reporting to me via workbook logs, for which I was accountable during my shift.Employment ended due to an agreed upon date I would be leaving for full-time college, in accord with a lack of further online schooling in the area.
