At Learners Guild, I oversee all functional operations and people operations, as well as lead our organizational alignment initiatives such as goal setting, org structure, staff management, and data management.

At Rocketship Education I am lucky to be a part of a dedicated, joyful, growing Operations Department. Together, we've built Rocketship's current operations infrastructure, we've designed and rolled out new school-based ops roles, we've overseen the start-up and growth of three regions outside of California (Milwaukee, Nashville, and Washington, DC), and we've developed a talent pipeline to support our regional expansion.
