Benjamin is one of few attorneys who primarily practice consumer law. He used to represent banks and other financial institutions, creditors, and debt buyers, but he wasn't happy. His true passion lies in representing the individual against big money and others who would do economic harm to him or her.For 23 years now, Benjamin has represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. After starting his career on his own, Benjamin joined a firm in Dallas and then later another firm in Houston, before reopening his own practice again in 2007.Benjamin's primary practice areas today are consumer law, business-vs-business litigation, simple estate planning and probate, and non-death criminal defense.
