Positioned at Eluru in West Godawari District (AP) to manage Project Green that is to demonstrate the feasibility of producing bio-diesel from Jatropha curcus.Beside day to day management and execution of the project I am responsible to look and assess all environmental & social elements of supply chain and life cycle analysis of green house gas emission.

1. Working towards achieving WIN-WIN situation both for Jatropha Growers families and Mission Biofuels India Pvt Ltd through Participatory Extension and CSR appraoches by building trust and cordial relationships.2. Organised farming community into clusters and established Farmers Service Centres (FSC) to have established two- way communication for better delivery of services and stakeholders engagement.

1. Established a network of 12,000 Farmers in over 1,000 villages of M.P. East to bring 35,000 acres marginal land under energy crop plantation.2. Devised business plan to procure tree born oil seeds, high quality Jatropha curcus planting material and its plantations in 9 districts of East Madhya Pradesh. 3. Networked with M.P. Rural Livelihood Project (MPRLP), which assisted 120 marginal & small farmers to earn good economic return in shorter span of 4 months.4. Instrumental in understanding the dynamics of the rural market, channel partners & use this to effectively manage distributors & resolve issues of conflict.

1. Set-up and streamline company operation in Rajasthan.2. Identified, established and strengthen procurement network to collect Tree Born Oil (Jatropha, Neem, Karanj, Mahua) seeds at very economical rate.3. Liasioning with Government departments, NGOs and traders at various levels.

1. Efficiently managed Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) funded SCALE (Sustainable Community Based Approached to Livelihood Enhancement) project and partnered with 23 small & medium size NGOs working in Rajasthan.2. Managed various monitoring & evaluation studies on rural development schemes, watershed development program, total sanitation campaign, etc commissioned either by government or donors.3. Instrumental in conducting & organising National study on “Strengthening Participatory Processes in Watershed Development Programs in India” by ICAF –WASSAN.4. Provided platforms to NGO representatives to participate & share their concerns with GoR functionaries in shaping policies, guidelines, circulars, etc on most of the rural development schemes.

1. Played a crucial role in implementing 4566 HA watershed project under IWDP at Thoria in Ajmer district, that resulted in everlasting system of local governance and spinoffs in improved livelihood, health & hygiene, education, water availability, etc..2. Successfully managed National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) supported “Animal Husbandry and Natural Resource Management” project at 45 villages In Asind tehsil of Bhilwara district in Rajasthan. 3. Skillfully organised a series of Manpower development program, environmental education camps, institutional & skills based training programs for the empowerment of the rural community. Successfully demonstrated advisory as well as managerial capabilities in the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) supported “Tree Grower’s Cooperative Project” in Ajmer district of Rajasthan.

Commenced carrier with NTGCF, Anand which later merges with FES. Played an instrumental role in organising Tree Growers Cooperative Societies, provide technical, financial and managerial support inturn to make these sustainable and economically vible institutions.
