Brian is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in development, leasing, acquisitions, and business development for both public and private real estate investors. His track record includes principal and management roles in projects exceeding $1 billion in value within the portfolios of prominent companies, including WP Glimcher and DDR, both publicly traded REITs, The Feil Organization, and Kaufman Development.His extensive expertise spans a spectrum of core competencies, including internal and external team leadership, personnel development, entitlement, permitting, commercial leasing, financial modeling, and organizational strategy. He possesses a unique ability to navigate the intricate processes of real estate development, from project visioning to execution, design, engineering, and asset management.Brian completed his undergraduate studies at Colgate University and remains deeply connected to his alma mater, having served as a member on the University's Alumni Board of Directors.
