Currently pursuing a CompTIA A+ Certification, I have been working with PCs for over 14 years and have built a number of computers from scratch. My goal is to continue this knowledge growth and strive to be an IT professional.As a skydiving instructor my job duties are to help beginning jumpers learn the safety procedures and processes needed to take their first jump. Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.I have a naturally friendly disposition, an upbeat personality, and the ability to engage others in conversations. My enthusiasm reflects my work ethics, and the willingness to go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding customer experience.While thoroughly enjoying intense and thrilling activities that generate an adrenaline rush, being able to be a proficient supervisor and have a good technical aptitude. I am able to troubleshoot problems and I am a critical thinker with various power tools and test equipment.
