• Lead the accounting and revenue management function of 4 direct reports and a total 20 employees including all general accounting, tax, treasury, revenue, and transaction services functions• Provide monthly financial analysis of budget to actual results and financial recommendations to identify strategic areas of improvement or best practices• Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, covenant requirements and other treasury functions to support operations

• Lead the accounting organization across 17 countries to coordinate month and quarter-end close procedures to ensure compliance with SOX controls, technical accounting guidance, and US GAAP adjustments

• Coordinate, create and review external SEC financial reporting requirements.• Review basic and diluted earnings per share and equity transactions, including share-based compensation expense.• Prepare and review internal reporting, including account analyses of balance sheet and income statement trends and statement of cash flows.• Analyze purchase price allocations for business combinations and integrate reporting and corporate accounting functions, including for two recently completed $1 billion and $1.35 billion acquisitions.• Serve as the primary resource for the evaluation of accounting pronouncements and regulations, as well as the formulation and implementation of related policies and controls, including implementation of the new revenue recognition standard over a two year period. • Contribute accounting advice for complex transactions across various lines of business, countries and functions.• Assist with providing collaborative support for across various departments and ensure coordination around major accounting triggering events.
