I am passionate about providing outstanding customer support! As a member of the SolidFire Technical Support and Services team, I work hand-in-glove with the Sales and Engineering teams to provide stellar support to SolidFire's customers. I am responsible for resolving complex hardware and software issues related to SolidFire’s revolutionary scale out all-flash data storage system. I provide Tier 3 technical support and proactive guidance by developing a long term trusted adviser relationship with my customers. Additionally, I provide support for new product development and bug fixes by providing direct feedback to the product development teams.My ability to define the true nature of the problem by evaluating the customers’ entire environment is essential to problem resolution in today’s highly complex technical environments. My ability to think outside the box is essential when it comes to isolating the source of a problem no one has ever seen before. I work hard to stay current on the overall IT landscape in order to better understand how failures or changes in any part of a customers’ environment might affect the equipment/software I am supporting. My background is mainly in storage however years of experience and training give me a unique ability to understand how everything in a customer’s environment has to work together. My advanced problem solving skills allow me to identify problems regardless of my level of knowledge on the specific hardware/software and my curiosity to understand how things work, gives me the capacity to quickly comprehend new technology.
