Chris is an experienced technology leader with an extensive background in network & communications, hybrid, multi-cloud and on-premises data center operations with a focus on the effect of the effect within managing an IT Operation and the processes that drive outcomes. Chris has over 30 years of experience working for technology integrators, service providers and Enterprise Data Center organizations. Chris started his technology career – on a helpdesk answering phones helping clients with computer or network issues. From there Chris eventually became a Sr. Network Architect and CTO of a regional Data Center provider responsible for all IT aspects of Hundreds of client infrastructure. Prior to joining CDI, Chris was a partner and founder of HA Inc. and served as the CTO / CISO of the Managed Services Division. He now serves in the Office of the CTO as the Divisional CTO serving all MITO Services. He leads operational transformation programs that span multiple disciplines, all of which require extensive integration with customer’s people, process, and technology infrastructures. He has experience leading these complex programs for both service providers and large enterprise customers in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications, and Oil & Gas industries around the world.
