I began using incentives, such as including gift cards for “on-time” work completions, being on time for work and safe work practices. I encouraged a “team environment” Hiring responsibility for new employees, specifically laborers and Class 1 & 3 drivers, in a challenging work environment for laborers and truck drivers. I found that prospective new hires could view our company, as a fun work environment, where all staff have a safe and team oriented work force, that got everyone home to their families every night.Collaboration with client construction managers, operational representatives, and senior level decision makers, toward new product sales. This included contract negotiations, that I found rewarding, due to my ability to show the client that our safe work environment and high morale, offered a healthy productive team oriented, work force, that would meet or exceed their expectations.Development and design of new products, such as the patented Radon Gas Sump Liner, a new National Safety Code-requirement. Which is to eliminate Radon Gas issues, from entering into the interiors of new homes.
