REB Records is a micro label. Responsibilities include pretty much everything and anything at a small recording label. Administrative, production, mixing, writing, social media, concert promotion. This is an exciting and ongoing project that allows me to practice what I preach in the classroom.

o Primary engineer for 7 to 10 piece high energy corporate and wedding event band.o Responsible for all technical aspects of wireless, mixing, speeches, playback, system design, set-up and tear-down.o Actively work with clients to deliver the best possible clarity and audio experience at their events.o responsible for communicating with venues to coordinate set-up and load-in procedures.o Maintain all equipment.

o Responsible for overseeing Audio, Video and Lighting personnel in corporate events ranging from 200 to 1800 people. Events range from corporate brand roll-outs, educational seminars, breakout session, live stream, celebrations, live auctions, car reveals, to movie premieres. All requiring custom AV design, setup and implementation.o Maintain highest level of AV standards for clients throughout events. Troubleshoot and direct client communications are a constant part of every event.o Work directly with clients in pre-production to build Run-of-show and other production documents.o Create public facing AV policy and educational material for Morgan MFG.o Responsible for detailed scheduling of AV personnel for events.o Maintenance and upkeep of interconnected multi-room audio systems.o Organization, inventory and repair of mission critical AV equipment including Shure ULX wireless, X32 consoles and rack units, cables, cases, and other utility items.

I am a full time professor at the Illinois Institute of Art. I have been privileged enough to design and teach a wide variety of classes, including Audio Recording 1,2,3,4, Music Theory, Music Appreciation, Audio Technology 1,2, Listening Analysis, Digital Audio (basically Pro Tools,) MIDI Systems, Sound for Video, and others. I have also worked with high school students, designing an intensive summer program for students interested in Audio. In addition to the teaching I am a primary part of the development of a program designed to increase student persistence, by helping improve on the basic college skills that many students seem to lack. This program has been expanded from the audio program to the entire school. I also sit on three committees devoted to persistence, using eText and eResources for terrestrial classes, and faculty development.

o Manage the daily operations of the Media School.o The School of Media includes approximately 25 faculty members and approximately 300 studentso Six programs; Audio Production, Digital Film & Video, Digital Photography, Game Art & Design, Visual Effects and Multimedia, and Media Arts & Animation.· Individual responsibilities include:o Managing faculty of Audio Production, Digital Film & Video, Digital Photography, Media Arts & Animation, Game Arts and Design, Visual Effects and Motion Graphicso Creating and implementing professional development for faculty.o Developing schedule to accommodate the multiple needs of the school.o Collecting and collating assessment data on students throughout their time in school.o Serving as liaison to the ARTimation Committee, Gallery Committee, PAC Committee, LaunchPoint Committee.o Organizing and staffing Open Houses as well as Student Orientation and recruitment events.o Providing professional equipment maintenance for the Audio Production Recording Studio and live sound PA systems.

•Manage the daily operations in conjunction with the Academic Director: The School of Media includes approx. 40 faculty members and approx. 520 students Six programs; Audio Production, Digital Film & Video, Digital Photography, Game Art & Design, Visual Effects and Multimedia, and Media Arts & Animation.•Individual responsibilities include: Managing faculty of Audio Production, Digital Film & Video, Digital Photography, Visual Effects and Motion Graphics, Media Arts and Animation, Game Design. Creating and implementing professional development for faculty. Developing schedule to accommodate the multiple needs of the school. Collecting and collating assessment data on students throughout their time in school. Serving as liaison to faculty committees on Standards and Ethics. Organizing and staffing national open houses as well as student orientation and recruitment events. Member of the ARTimation board, a yearly public show that focuses on student work from the School of Media. Providing professional equipment maintenance for the WSDG Audio Production Studio, live sound PA systems, and Video Studio.

Recording, editing and mixing the concert season for the IPO. This includes several location recordings a year of full orchestra works and bringing them to professional release quality.
